Englux (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and service providers (“Englux  Champs”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection rules.

By using the Englux mobile app, website, WhatsApp, or any of our services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from users through our mobile apps, website forms, WhatsApp, customer support channels, and during bookings.
This may include:

Customer Data

• Full name

• Phone number

• Address & location for doorstep wash

• Vehicle details

• Booking date, time slot & service preferences

• Photos uploaded for verification (optional)

• Payment details COD only

Rider / Service Provider (“Englux Champ”) Data

• Full name, phone, address

• ID proof (Aadhaar, driving license, etc.)

• Bank/payment details for payouts

• Attendance, booking assignments, earnings, and performance data

• Live/last-known location during assigned services

Technical & Device Data

• IP address

• Browser or app version

• Device identifiers

• Cookies and analytics data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for operational purposes:

For Customers

• Creating and managing your bookings

• Assigning the nearest available Englux Warrior

• Sending confirmations, reminders, and service updates

• Customer support and grievance handling

• Preventing fraud, misuse or repeated cancellations

• Improving app performance and service quality

For Riders / Service Providers

• Job assignment and tracking

• Route optimization

• Attendance and payout settlement

• Performance evaluation and incentives

• Fraud, cancellation, or misconduct monitoring

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing of Information

We only share information with:

1. Englux champs (Service Providers)

• Limited customer details required to complete assigned washes
  (name, phone, address, vehicle & booking details)

2. Government or Law Enforcement Authorities

• Only when required by law or court order

All partners and providers are obligated to maintain confidentiality.

3. Communication & Consent

By using our app or submitting your details, you agree to receive communications from Englux via:

• WhatsApp Business Platform: Data obtained through the WhatsApp Business Platform (including message content and metadata) is used only for the purpose of communicating with you to support and fulfill requested services (such as booking confirmations, service updates, and customer support). We strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and do not use this data for external marketing or any other unauthorized purpose.
