Delete Your Englux Account

Englux provides two ways for you to delete your account and remove your personal data:

1. Delete Your Account from Inside the Englux App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly from the Englux app using the in-app "Delete My Account" button.

When you delete your account through the app:

• We receive your deletion request instantly

• Your personal data is permanently deleted within 7 working days

• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed

• Certain financial records (like invoices & GST details) may be retained as required by law

This is the fastest and most convenient way to delete your account.

2. Delete Your Account Manually via Email

If you prefer, you may also request deletion manually by emailing us at:

Please include:

• Your registered mobile number

• Your full name

• A short message:
  “I want to delete my Englux account.”

Once we receive your email, we will process your deletion request within 7 working days and send you a confirmation.
